PAX North Internships
This is a great way to gain hands-on urban ministry experience as well as to discover your spiritual giftedness in an environment of coaching and encouragement.

Steps to Internships:
Pray, asking God for clarity of heart and mind as to His will for you
STEP 1- Read thoroughly our Beliefs and Partnering Members statements found therein. You must be in agreement with these statements to apply further.

Pray, asking God to make you fully submitted to His intentions for your life.
STEP 2- Review Internship Job Roles and Qualifications. [see below under internship experiences]
Fill out internship Application and mail to PAX North.

Pray, asking God to reveal to you the places of your life that may not be fully surrendered to Him.
STEP 3- Complete Internship Applicant Profiles
A PAX North Staff member will review your application and profiles. The leadership team will pray for you by name as we seek to identify the will of God in choosing interns who will complement the work of God in us.
A PAX North Staff member will email you to set up a direct phone interview.

Pray, that God would reveal to you His good and perfect will in regard to serving in an urban setting with diverse high needs.
STEP 4- Complete Phone Interview with PAX Staff

Read Ephesians 1:15-23, praying that God would give you the spirit of wisdom and understanding in knowing His will in regards to a PAX North internship
STEP 5- The PAX Staff member will contact you with the results of your process and recommendations for proceeding further.

STEP 6- If you have been accepted and have completed the recommendations given to this point we would set up a face to face interview with you and discuss potential ministry role details.

Having fulfilled the above steps and given God?s continued leading:
STEP 7- We would help you secure temporary housing and begin any needed training to prepare you for your internship.


Availability:
Internships are subject to available funding and needed ministry positions. If needed funding is not available, internships are presently filled or a match of giftedness and ministry needs are insufficient then internships will not be offered.
